Laura graduated with a bachelor of Physiotherapy from the University of Newcastle, with an interest in musculoskeletal conditions. She has gained experience working as a sports trainer in the Women’s Premier League Newcastle, and has worked in aged care and NDIS community settings. She has also completed further training in management of the lumbar spine and managing athletic populations.
Laura has a special interest in running and lower limb injuries, having sustained many over her years as a competitive sportsperson/sprinter. Laura is interested in treating all people throughout the life span, with conditions ranging from post-surgical rehabilitation, overuse injuries, chronic conditions and sporting performance. She is most passionate about helping people return to activities that are most important to them.
Outside of work Laura enjoys competitive track & field, strength training, gardening, and all types of arts and crafts.
